We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. By using this site, you agree not to misuse our products or services.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete information.
3. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and operational scheduling.
Once shipped, delivery times typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges or store credit may be granted at our sole discretion within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all original contents.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
6. PRODUCT CONDITION & EXPECTATIONS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including size, color, and materials before completing their purchase. Minor variations in color or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or verify any order suspected of fraudulent activity. Additional verification may be required before processing.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
La Herradura Ranch Style Wear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
9. Handcrafted Product Variations
Many of our products are made from genuine leather and may be hand-painted, hand-finished, or handcrafted. Due to the natural characteristics of leather and the artisanal nature of these products, slight variations in color, shading, texture, stitching, tooling, finish, and overall appearance may occur from one item to another.
Product photos are intended to represent the style and general appearance of each item; however, the item received may not be identical to the image shown. Minor irregularities and variations are part of the character, authenticity, and handmade nature of these products and are not necessarily considered defects.
This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, materially incorrect, or substantially different from the product ordered.

2. PEDIDOS Y PAGOS

3. ENVÍOS
Los pedidos se procesan dentro de un plazo de 2 a 4 días hábiles. Este tiempo puede variar dependiendo del volumen de pedidos y la operación interna.
Una vez enviado, el tiempo de entrega es de aproximadamente 2 a 5 días hábiles, dependiendo del servicio de paquetería y destino.
No somos responsables por retrasos una vez que el paquete ha sido entregado al transportista.

El cliente es responsable de proporcionar una dirección completa y correcta. No nos hacemos responsables por paquetes perdidos o entregados incorrectamente debido a errores en la dirección proporcionada.
5. POLÍTICA DE CAMBIOS Y VENTAS FINALES

9. Variaciones en productos artesanales
Muchos de nuestros productos están elaborados en piel genuina y pueden estar pintados a mano, terminados a mano o hechos artesanalmente. Debido a las características naturales de la piel y a la naturaleza artesanal de estos productos, pueden presentarse ligeras variaciones en color, tono, textura, costuras, grabado, acabado y apariencia general entre una pieza y otra.
Las fotografías del producto tienen como finalidad mostrar el estilo y la apariencia general de cada artículo; sin embargo, el producto recibido puede no ser idéntico a la imagen mostrada. Las pequeñas irregularidades y variaciones forman parte del carácter, autenticidad y elaboración artesanal de estos productos, y no necesariamente se consideran defectos.
Esto no aplica a productos que lleguen dañados, que sean materialmente incorrectos o sustancialmente diferentes al artículo ordenado.
